If you are unable to see available products, please click on the ‘Your Account/Order’ link at the top of the page. Next, click on the ‘Your Eligibility’ link under Account Management. Finally, click on the ‘Request additional eligibility’ button. You will then be required to enter your Salem State University issued email address and select if you are a Student, Faculty, or Staff. Once you confirm your email address by following the instructions in the email you receive from Kivuto, you will be able to see all of the products available to you under the Salem State software library.
